Assignment Editor Jobs in Merchantville, NJ

An Assignment Editor in the broadcasting industry serves as the primary point of contact for news, stories, and events that the news station covers. They are tasked with deciding what stories are of interest to the audience, assigning reporters and photographers to cover those stories, and ensuring that all assignments are completed on time. They also manage the logistical aspects such as coordinating with other departments, making travel arrangements, and handling other administrative duties.
