Site Production Supervisor

Cardinal Health is seeking a Digital Marketing Production Supervisor to oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns and production processes. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with experience in both pharmaceutical industry marketing and digital campaign execution, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and innovation in all digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns across various classes of trade, setting clear expectations and delivering results.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences
  • Partner with solution owners and internal clients (Consumer Health, Generics, Brand) across Pharma to create compelling marketing programs to drive revenue and sales in support of the business' objectives to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to track performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement along with new campaign initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports/dashboards and presentations to leadership and key stakeholders highlighting key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Drive innovation and experimentation by testing new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals.
  • Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against the targeted plans.
  • Translate campaign/client business goals into digital media strategies.
  • Identify, plan, and carry out A/B testing opportunities (creative tests, landing page tests, etc.)
  • Coordinate with relevant department to proactively manage, analyze and implement digital marketing strategy.
  • Help implement communication strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce and transformation, preferred.
  • Expert in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other content management systems preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • At least two years' experience in similar field.
  • Good analytic skills with solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Organized and detailed with a high emphasis on quality and timely output.
  • Able to prioritize and juggle multiple campaigns with a strategic mindset.
  • Natural tendency to take a proactive, data-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing.

Anticipated salary range: $79,700 - $119,490
