This position includes | || opportunity and training in all | || aspects of TV news, including | || anchoring and utilizing | || state-of-the-art technology. | || Prior producing experience is a | || plus. | || | || Duties/Responsibilities include | || (but are not limited, to): | || | || Anchor weekend newscasts. | || Assist in producing shows. | || Strong journalistic ethics, news | || judgement and decision making. | || Effective communicator with | || viewers and staff. | || Develop sources and present and | || turn story ideas that resonate | || with our audience daily. | || Shoot, write and edit compelling | || coverage for all platforms. | || Appear on air and coordinate live | || shots. | || Use digital and social media to | || find, develop, tell stories and | || engage the audience. | || Ability to meet deadlines and | || prioritize assignments. | || | || Qualifications/Requirements: | || | || Bachelors degree in | || communications or related field | || preferred. | || Two years of multi-platform | || reporting, shooting and editing | || experience preferred. | || Must have valid drivers license | || and pass driver's record check. | |+-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+
