Delta Professional Services (DPS) is seeking a delivery-focused, energetic, detail-oriented candidate to assist in the creation and management of a wide range of digital content, including LMS materials, website development, video production, animation, and graphic design. In this role, you will oversee content through its full life cyclecreation, approval, activation, and continuous improvementwhile collaborating with stakeholders across the company to ensure our digital platforms effectively amplify our core brand message and provide a seamless user experience. This position is focused on multimedia production, requiring creativity and technical expertise to develop engaging content. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem-solving, have a keen eye for detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, strong communication skills, and adaptability to a flexible scheduleincluding occasional late nights and some weekend coverageare essential.

While some processes are well-defined, this position will assist in refining workflows and implementing new approaches to improve content creation and management.

This position will report to the Manager of Communications & Engagement inside of Delta Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. This is a part-time, hybrid role, with no direct reports.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and production of LMS content, website development, video, animation, graphic design, and other digital media.
  • Support company branding efforts by managing digital assets, maintaining the content library, and providing resources to DPS staff.
  • Contribute to creative initiatives that enhance the overall user experience and strengthen brand presence across digital platforms.
  • Aid in the preparation and delivery of leadership presentations, video content, and graphic design projects.
  • Assist with curating, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Competencies:

  • Content Development & Management: Oversee digital content throughout its entire lifecyclefrom creation and approval to deployment and continuous improvementensuring alignment with brand messaging and user experience goals. Design and manage engaging e-learning courses within the LMS platform, customizing features to meet client and user needs.
  • Multimedia & Digital Engagement: Assist in website management, video production, animation, and graphic design to support broader digital engagement strategies.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide guidance and technical assistance to users navigating the LMS while ensuring system reliability and resolving any technical issues.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay up to date with emerging e-learning technologies and instructional design trends, integrating best practices to improve training effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement: Gather and report key performance metrics related to LMS usage and training ROI while supporting process development and execution for LMS-related projects.

  • Solid instructional design and e-learning content creation skills.
  • Experience with various LMS platforms (e.g., Learn365, Articulate 360, Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Creative and flexible mindset.
