Job Title: Aerospace Production Associate
Job Description
As a Composite Production Technician, you will work with composite materials to produce high-quality panels. Your tasks will include material preparation, panel construction, machine operation, and quality control.
Responsibilities
Prepare and acclimate materials from cold storage.
Cut materials to size per work orders.
Assemble materials into panels.
Operate the platen press and perform burp cycles.
Cure panels and record processing information.
Trim panels using a CNC machine.
Palletize panels for shipping.
Maintain storage conditions for sensitive materials.
Participate in operational improvements.
Cross-train or transfer to other departments as needed.
Work overtime, including weekends, as required.
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude.
Experience with production lines and equipment.
Knowledge of machine safety and composite manufacturing is a plus but not required.
Basic math skills.
Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Work Environment
Manufacturing facility with heat, odors, and composite flakes. Safety toe shoes are required. Shift: 5am-1:30pm Monday-Friday. Must be open to occasional overtime, rotating shifts, and weekends.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
