Job Summary: The Director of Technical Operations & Analytics will be responsible for driving operational improvements through a technical and data-driven approach. This role will oversee the Salesforce Administrator, Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, and Data Analyst to enhance system efficiency, data integrity, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between operations, technology, and data analytics, ensuring that processes and systems align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
Identify, analyze, and optimize business processes using technology and automation tools.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational workflows across departments.
Act as the key liaison between operations, IT, and data teams to align technology with business needs.
Technical Systems & Data Management
Oversee the Salesforce Administrator, ensuring optimal system performance, user adoption, data security, and workflow automation., ensuring optimal system performance, user adoption, and integration with other platforms.
Manage data integrity, governance, and reporting within BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Snowflake, etc.)..
Work with IT teams to integrate automation solutions, APIs, and system improvements.
Analytics & Business Intelligence
Lead the Data Analyst and BI Analyst, ensuring timely development of KPI dashboards, predictive analytics models, and data governance initiatives. to develop actionable insights and dashboards.
Implement data-driven decision-making by ensuring leadership has real-time visibility into operational performance.
Support predictive analytics and business intelligence initiatives to improve patient scheduling, lead conversion, and revenue optimization.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure data-driven strategies align with overall business objectives.
Work closely with senior leadership to improve visibility into key operational performance metrics.
Support compliance, security, and best practices for operational technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
Experience: 7+ years in operations, technical project management, or data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in Salesforce administration, business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and process automation.
Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, etc.).
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for advanced analytics and data processing. for data analysis is a plus.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive operational improvements through technology.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating across departments.
