The role: As co-host of Live In The D you will join a team that works together to showcase life in and around Detroit through stories shot in the field, in studio segments, and digital interviews on Local 4+. In addition to on-air hosting, you will provide enterprised ideas and be a content creator, producer, and editor that looks for innovative ways to provide information through entertaining storytelling. You will also help with the stations initiative of integrating sales content on Live In The D and work with station clients to achieve their content goals. Bringing a focus on the big-picture, to establish and execute content coverage on the show with a forward thinking-mindset is key. You will also have the responsibility of bringing a positive, collaborative attitude to work with your co-host on-air, and your Live In The D team behind the scenes.
